Moving from ikas to Shopify

ikas is widely used in Turkey. We work with stores that sell on it. Moving to Shopify is a choice — not a requirement.

If a move is on the table, catalog, variants, customers, and 301s sit in one plan. Sales do not stop. If you stay in the ikas admin and want Trendyol, ads, and operations, we support that under the same roof.

Staying is also a path

Staying on ikas is also a path

We walk with ikas stores on marketplaces, catalog, and ads. We do not force a stack change. Shopify comes up only when storefront, apps, or an international checkout fit your plan.

When do we talk about Shopify?

Fit, not pressure

ikas is enough for many stores. We put Shopify on the table for the App Store, theme flexibility, or multi-currency — not because “ikas cannot do it.”

Marketplaces stay open

Trendyol and Hepsiburada stay tied to the move. If you stay on ikas, the channels still run in one rhythm; Ecirosoft can keep that bridge in one panel.

The account is yours

If Shopify is opened, the account and domain stay in your name. e-ciro runs operations; ownership stays with you.

What moves?

01

Discovery

We read the ikas catalog, URLs, integrations, and order volume. Risk is written first; no sales pressure.

02

Catalog

Products, variants, images, and collections are seated on Shopify. Cleaning is part of this step.

03

Customers and orders

Registered customers and order history are transferred. Loyalty points, if any, sit separately in the proposal.

04

301 and SEO

Old ikas addresses are bound to new URLs. Meta and Search Console stay in one plan.

05

Staging

Payments, shipping, stock, and cart are tried in a test environment. The live window stays short.

06

Go-live and after

The cut is short. The first week of follow-up and admin training are part of the move.

A move is not required

We read the store first. If Shopify fits, we write the plan.

If you sell on ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, or another admin, we also run operations and marketplaces. If you want to move, URLs and the sales rhythm stay.

Frequently asked questions

Is ikas a bad stack?

No. It is widely used in Turkey and many sellers grow there. We support those sellers too. Shopify is a different path; we do not sell by talking ikas down.

If I stay on ikas, will you still work with me?

Yes. Marketplaces, ads, catalog, and operations also run in the ikas admin. A move is a separate job, written clearly in the proposal.

Do products and customers move?

Yes. Catalog, variants, customers, and order history are transferred. Missing fields are listed in discovery.

Does the store close during the move?

No. Work runs in staging. Go-live is a short window.
